Returns and Exchanges
Respectfully, due to the hand-crafted nature of our products returns/exchanges are not accepted.  This also includes customized orders and personal care goods. With the understanding that every body is unique, we strongly encourage our customers to review the ingredients list for all desired products to make an informed decision, prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for skin irritations/reactions incurred from our products.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about specific product(s) prior to placing an order.  We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If melting occurs during shipping we can guide you to getting the product back to a solid state.  We suggest that you follow tracking to insure the package does not sit outside for a long period of time, especially during warmer months.  All packages are insured.  We are not responsible for what happens inside or outside of the box/package once it leaves our hands. However, if damage occurs during shipping contact us immediately - refrain from disposing of the package and contents as carriers typically require photos in order to consider a claim payout.  We will do everything we can to assist in carrier-related claims.
